Call into the Woodburn Visitor Information Centre for activities and accommodation information on the Richmond Valley and Rainforest Way tourist drives. Enjoy a break from your journey with a refreshing drink and relax on the centre's balcony while overlooking the beauty of the Richmond River. Kids can stretch their legs on the play park or dip their toes into the water at the river beach. Souvenirs are available for purchase and include locally made crafts. Located on the Pacific Highway, parking is available right outside the Visitor Centre’s door. The neighbouring public toilets are open 24 hours, and free barbecues and rotundas are spread throughout the river park. A public jetty and boat ramp are within a stone’s throw of the centre for boating enthusiasts.

The Nimbin Visitor Centre offers free information and advice to visitors to Nimbin and the Northern Rivers area. A free village map is available which highlights all the tourist opportunities throughout the village and beyond to the region's World Heritage Listed National Parks. Information and advice is available about accommodation, transport and sites of interest. Free regional maps and visitor guides from our neighbouring areas are also available. The Nimbin Visitor Centre stocks a diverse range of local arts and crafts for sale, all produced within our local area. The range includes pottery, handmade soaps, Nimbin Candles, Lemon Myrtle products, Macadamia cosmetics and food lines, Koala Teas, Organic Cosmetics and homeopathic remedies. There is a selection of locally produced t-shirts, some hand painted with traditional Nimbin sights and messages. Internet services are available for a small fee.

The Lismore Visitor Information Centre is much more than a Visitor Centre - it's an experience. The Centre's aim is to be a link between visitors and the rich source of environmental, cultural and economic resources in Lismore and the Northern Rivers. As Lismore is on the doorstep to spectacular rainforest, the centre features an Indoor Rainforest. It has a waterfall, videos and models of native flora and fauna and displays telling the story of the sometimes controversial history of some of the rainforest areas. The centre has an extensive range of local arts, crafts and produce and is committed to supporting the local producers in the Northern Rivers Region. The centre is located in heritage Park, which features a Tiny Tots Adventure Park with swings, rides and a miniature train. Also a skate ramp, barbecues, picnic tables and toilets are located on this site.

The Clarence Coast Visitor Information Centre at Ferry Park is a tourism showcase for the local area. It offers an excellent range of special interest brochures, maps and displays. Ferry Park Gallery also located in the complex offers an extensive range of high standard arts and crafts, all of the work on display is original and made by members of the Gallery. Another feature located within the complex is Ferry Park Cafe; their delicious food is enhanced by balcony settings with views across the Clarence River.
