Day 1: Be delighted with a leisurely breakfast cruise along the glorious Swan River to Fremantle. On arrival, historic trams will guide you through this unique vibrant port city. Coffee lovers will enjoy the buzzing Cappuccino Strip before browsing through the Fremantle Markets searching for that perfect vintage gift. Enjoy delicious fish and chips at Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour. Take an evening tour to discover Fremantle Prison by torchlight. Celebrate your team’s success over a long table banquet dinner and evening of Jailhouse Rock.

Day 2: Depart from Fremantle to Rottnest Island, just off the coast of Perth. Snorkel the clear blue waters of Rottnest Island and see the diversity of fish and coral species among the shipwrecks at Parker Point. Take the Bayseeker bus or ride your bike to Wadjemup Hill and see the breathtaking 360 degree views from Wadjemup Lighthouse. Enjoy a gourmet meal at Quokka Joe’s before taking an express transfer from Rottnest to Fremantle. Be spoilt with dinner at The View Restaurant.

Day 3: Explore Fremantle, its convict history and colonial architecture. Walk the West End, now the education precinct for Notre Dame University and visit the Round House - this twelve-sided building was purpose-built as a gaol in 1831. Visit the Western Australian Maritime Museum for an insight into Western Australia’s fascinating maritime past and see the successful America’s Cup winning yacht, Australia II.

This afternoon, enjoy lunch and a master class in beer tasting at one of Fremantle’s boutique breweries, Little Creatures. End the day watching the sunset over the Indian Ocean and a beach party dinner at Salt on the Beach. Start with some freshly shucked Albany oysters and follow with local meats, fish and an array of fresh salads.
