Tasmanian Tour

Day 1: Board a cruise on Launceston’s Tamar River into the oldest wine region in Tasmania, past quaint riverfront communities, vineyards and farms, with morning tea, lunch and a Tasmanian Cheese platter and wine tasting included. That afternoon, glide across the treetops in a unique canopy tour and finish the day with a Pepper Bush Adventures bushtucker cook-up

Day 2: Head to one of the world's top links golf courses, Barnbougle Dunes, set upon 200 acres of undulating coastal dunes before heading off to follow ‘The Trail of the Tin Dragon’ to St Helens. Afternoon options include the Bridestowe Lavender Farm, Scottsdale’s Forest EcoCentre or a visit to the Tin Centre in Derby. Dine that evening at Latris Restaurant in St Helens.

Day 3: There’s a number of options this morning - visit Binalong Bay and the world-famous Bay of Fires for white beaches, blue water and granite splashed with orange lichen. Or, you might want to visit Shop in the Bush, an incredible bric-a-brac shop for collectors; the Pub in the Paddock, licensed since 1880; or St Columba Falls. Lunch at the Pyengana Cheese Factory before heading to Freycinet for the night.

Day 4: Take a guided walk to Wineglass Bay lookout through banksias and eucalypts on the flanks of the Hazards or visit Freycinet Marine Farm. Stop at a winery then take lunch at The Banc Restaurant in the heart of Swansea, Tasmania's oldest seaside town. Head back to Hobart for a night at the five star Henry Jones Art Hotel.

Day 5: After a leisurely breakfast, choose between a trip to Mount Wellington and a relaxed bike decent to Cascade Brewery for tour and tasting; a team building ‘big kids’ day out at Redbanks Fish & Field; or, depending on the day, a wander around the Salamanca Markets.
