Sydney - Itinerary Ideas

This four day itinerary takes in some of Sydney’s star attractions and experiences against the backdrop of stunning harbour views and world-famous beaches.  Soar above the city, ride a ferry or take a surf lesson and you will encounter just a few of the best aspects of this cosmopolitan city.

Day 4

Head to Campbell’s Cove at Circular Quay for an authentic Aboriginal Cultural Cruise.

Aboriginal Cultural Cruise
Set sail on a journey to discover the stories of the Eora, Cadigal, Guringai, Wangal, Gammeraigal and Wallumedegal people. Go ashore on an island in Sydney Harbour to an authentic Aboriginal cultural performance. Learn the Aboriginal names and meanings of significant Sydney landmarks.

In the afternoon you may wish to visit some of Sydney’s other fine attractions such as the Art Gallery of New South Wales; Royal Botanic Gardens; Centre Point Tower or Westfield shopping centre.

For dinner you could try one of the four restaurants at The Star.

The Star
Some of the best masters from home and abroad in residence at The Star serve signature dishes from menus that adapt to suit the season.

Balla is classic Osteria Milanese mixed with an urban revival. It welcomes Stefano Manfredi back to the Sydney dining scene.

Succulent Australian grass-fed wet and dry aged beef, and seafood dishes specially sourced to suit the wood fired grills, broilers and sous vide cooking of Black by Ezard. A chef inspired by seasonal delights.

At Momofuku Seiobo, look out for Chang's bold and innovative flavours as he works with the best ingredients Australia has to offer.

At Sokyo, the buzz of Tokyo meets a Sydney beat. Allow yourself to be lost in the world of Chef Chase Kojima and his impeccable fusion of East meets West.
