Great Barrier Reef Islands - Itinerary Ideas

On this five day itinerary you will experience two of the Great Barrier Reef’s most luxurious islands: Hamilton and Hayman in the Whitsunday Island group. Once you’ve sampled these, you’ll probably want to try them all.

Day 2: Morning

Take a private cruise with On the Edge to Whitehaven Beach and Chalkies Beach.

Spend an exhilarating day sailing to the picturesque Whitehaven Beach aboard On the Edge. Included in your day is a visit to Whitehaven Beach and a separate location to snorkel and explore the fringing reefs. Snorkelling equipment, wetsuits and personalised instruction are also included if needed.

Morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch are also included. Build your own sandwich buffet lunch including prawns, cold meats, and a variety of salads included.

Day 2: Afternoon/Evening

Cruise returns to Hamilton Island.

Have dinner at the Hamilton Island Yacht Club.
