There's nothing like Australia

Sydney - Itinerary Ideas

This four day itinerary takes in some of Sydney’s star attractions and experiences against the backdrop of stunning harbour views and world-famous beaches.  Soar above the city, ride a ferry or take a surf lesson and you will encounter just a few of the best aspects of this cosmopolitan city.

Day 1: Morning

Arrive in Sydney and transfer to your accommodation at either the Park Hyatt or The Darling.

Park Hyatt
The Park Hyatt features three new exclusive rooftop suites built on a new fourth level. Every aspect of the hotel has been dramatically transformed, setting a nesw benchmark in contemporary luxury. Architecturally designed guest rooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass that open onto private balconies, honouring Park Hyatt Sydney's coveted harbour-front location.

The Darling
The Darling, a new 171-room boutique hotel, is the first five-star new build hotel in Sydney since the 2000 Olympic Games. The stand-alone hotel forms part of the refurbishment and extension of The Star in Darling Harbour. Living up to its name, The Darling pampers guests with butler service and VIP arrival with the stand-out feature being the penthouse suites which take up the top two floor and were designed by LA designer Lawrence Lee.

Head to Rose Bay for a scenic tour with Sydney Seaplanes.

Sydney Seaplanes
Your seaplane flight tracks north past Sydney’s spectacular northern beaches before touching down in the expansive waterway of Pittwater. Have lunch at Jonah’s restaurant.

Jonah’s offers Southern European cuisine and combines the best and freshest local produce. Diners are sure to be as impressed about the food as they are about the restaurant’s 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean.

Return back to Sydney via seaplane for a rest.

Day1: Afternoon/Evening

Enjoy an event at Sydney’s iconic Opera House (dependent on availability).

You might like to try the pre-theatre menu at Aria Restaurant at East Circular Quay.

ARIA Restaurant
ARIA encapsulates the Sydney lifestyle, offering panoramic views of Sydney Harbour; an innovative and contemporary menu using fresh Australian produce; an extensive award-winning wine list; and seamless, friendly and highly efficient service.
