Banubanu Wilderness Retreat
Banubanu is an exclusive eco-wilderness retreat on Bremer Island in North East Arnhem Land. Relax and enjoy this pristine and spectacular island hideaway. Try your hand at fishing in the abundant fishing grounds and cook up your freshly caught catch for a tasty dinner treat! Go bird watching, see the turtles or comb the beach to find hidden treasures along this pristine remote, coastline. Accommodation options include five twin share tents, which share two showers and a composting toilet. There is also the “Hideaway Cabin”, offering a fan-cooled, double bedroom set in a lush tropical setting with its own deck and ensuite and “The Beach Cabin”, another fan-cooled, double cabin with ensuite. Island packages include all meals, permit fees and accommodation. Transfers are also available at an extra cost.
