Accredited Visitor Information Centre logo
There are Accredited Visitor Information Centres (AVIC) located around Australia to provide you with useful tips and to help familiarise you with the local area in which they're located.
At an AVIC, you'll find maps, brochures and up-to-date information on all kinds of attractions and events in the surrounding area. AVIC staff can also assist with booking accommodation, attractions, dining or sightseeing tours.
Look out for their signature blue and yellow ‘i’ sign at local landmarks and tourist attractions, or in the centre of regional towns.
