The Adelaide Crush Festival is a celebration of summer by more than 40 wineries in South Australia’s Adelaide Hills. Enjoy delicious regional cuisine served in cellar door gardens. Wineries open their doors with the latest vintages and live entertainment. Have a champagne breakfast with the birds before relaxing for the day to an afternoon of popular tunes and fine wines. Indulge in carnival style food stalls including South Australia’s renowned gourmet produce. Shop for unique jewellery, glassware and ceramics handmade by Adelaide’s leading artisans. There are also visiting art exhibitions as part of the festival.

Aussie Wine Month, organised by Wine Australia, is a medley of around 100 events, tastings, promotions and celebrations across the country showcasing Australia’s reputation for producing some of the world’s best wines. The event brings the wine community together to promote the quality, diversity and value of Australian wine and to promote Australia’s internationally renowned wine growing regions. Aussie Wine Month presents a great opportunity to sample Australia’s best, be it a Tasmanian Pinot Noir, Hunter Valley Semillon, Margaret River Cabernet, Yarra Valley Chardonnay or Barossa Shiraz, or another variety from more than 60 designated wine regions.

Reap and Relish takes place in one of Victoria’s world class food and wine regions, the Yarra Valley. Over four days the festival showcases the Yarra Valley’s top wineries and restaurants allowing festival goers to relish the culinary delights of the region. Join cooking master classes with renowned Australian chefs, beer brewing classes, sumptuous high teas, gourmet tastings, divine dinners and a world of other gastronomic wonders.

South Australia’s Barossa Valley is one of the world’s great wine regions, renowned for its food and wine, cultural experiences and easy-going lifestyle. In this gourmet weekend more than 20 wineries present their premium wines. Regional produce and acclaimed restaurants are all paired together with some of South Australia’s best live entertainment to provide a gastronomic experience second to none. There are family friendly activities and entry to the event is free with food and wine available for purchase. The Barossa Valley is less than one hour’s drive from Adelaide. A shuttle bus service transports visitors around the participating wineries.

Margaret River Gourmet Escape is a four day food and wine event which has attracted the world’s best chefs, culinary and wine critics and celebrities. Local restaurants complement several designated wine routes throughout the region. The Margaret River Gourmet Escape offers the opportunity to spend a few days with international chefs in one of Australia’s most internationally-acclaimed culinary and wine regions.

Australia's largest food and wine festival, Good Food Month

Now in its second year, Good Food Month grew from the success of the Crave Sydney International Food Festival, which attracted almost a million festivalgoers annually in the month of October. The event was reborn as Good Food Month in 2013, and quickly expanded north to Brisbane and Canberra, and south to Melbourne as new celebrations. In 2014, it added Canberra to its line-up. Linked to The Sydney Morning Herald's Good Food,The Age's Epicure and www.goodfood.com.au, the new national celebration of food brings together the country's best chefs, restaurants, food businesses and producers, as well as a suite of food-themed artistic exhibitions and theatrical events.
