“I’m very excited to be doing a lunch at Howard Park Wine this year with a wine pairing by Master of Wine, Jeannie Cho Lee (LE PAN). We’re working towards a five course menu and I want to bring out the rich Asian flavours and our personal influences – Thai and Chinese. We will be working with produce such as crab, fish and prawn, all from Margaret River, and prepared with a contemporary touch. I’m also curious and very excited to understand the wine pairing!”
