DAY 1: EXPERIENCE OUTBACK LUXURY AT WILDMAN WILDERNESS LODGE

Morning Friday
Start your day on board your chartered flight to Wildman Wilderness Lodge. East of Darwin, on the fringe of Kakadu, the lodge offers the ultimate in bush luxury, nestled in the Mary River wetlands area. 

Afternoon Friday
This afternoon journey through forests and savannahs to Leichhardt Point where you will watch the amazing sunset over the wetlands. Depending on the time of the year, the water table may be high or dry. Enjoy champagne and canapes as the sun sets into the landscape.

Evening Friday
Dine this evening in the Lodge overlooking the beautiful Mary River National Park. The menu celebrates the best of the region, showcasing Australian produce such as barramundi, crocodile and buffalo, infused with the finest indigenous bush ingredients, like  lemon myrtle, pepperberry and bush tomatoes. Perfectly matched with premium Australian wines.

DAY 2: CATCH A BARRAMUNDI IN THE MARY RIVER REGION 

Home Billabong, Mary River, Northern Territory.

Morning Saturday
This morning enjoy a guided fishing tour set amongst spectacular scenery and where you can hopefully catch a big barramundi.  You will cruise on the Home Billabong, where the salt and the fresh water meet and the crocodiles are in abundance.

Afternoon Saturday
This afternoon take an airboat out over the Mary River floodplain where you will encounter abundant bird life, salt water crocodiles and perhaps even water buffaloes. Hovering above the reeds and lilies, there is no better way to truly sense the vast and diverse beauty of this unique landscape.

Evening Saturday
This evening dine at the city’s top restaurant Evvo which offers sweeping views of the Darwin CBD and Arafura Sea. The menu incorporates fresh, local and seasonal produce to ensure the highest quality and taste. Combining Australian and Mediterranean flavours EVOO creates a contemporary signature style. 

DAY 3: DISCOVER DARWIN’S LOCAL MARKET SCENE

Mindil Beach, Darwin, Northern Territory.

Morning Sunday 
This morning explore the Rapid Creek Sunday Market, Darwin’s oldest market. A great place for a relaxing Sunday brunch before browsing over 60 stalls for fresh organic produce, Asian fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices, exotic plants, flowers and seafood.     

Afternoon Sunday
This afternoon unwind with a sail around Darwin’s beautiful harbour on a premium sailing boat. Enjoy a gourmet lunch whilst keeping an eye out for the dolphins that regularly swim up close to say hello. You might also spot dugong and marine turtles.

Evening Sunday
As the sun dips into the Arafura Sea, spend the evening at Darwin’s Mindil Beach Markets. Food is the main attraction with Thai, Sri Lankan, Chinese, Brazilian, Portuguese and more. Colourful arts and crafts vendors peddle their wares as you wind your way through the palm lined boulevards of Mindil Markets.

Day 4 : FLY TO FIND THE NT’S COLDEST BEER

Crab Claw Island, Darwin, Northern Territory.

Morning Monday   
Arrive at iconic outback watering holes with a rock star landing in your very own helicopter. You will be sure to hear your fair share of tall tales and meet the locals that define each of the pubs, all whilst on your quest for the Top End’s coldest beer.     

Afternoon Monday
This afternoon you will travel via helicopter back to Darwin.

Evening Monday
Dine this evening at Char, a unique restaurant that offers the best of fresh local produce, international and local wines and innovative cuisine coupled with exceptional service and style, all within the beautiful surroundings of heritage listed Admiralty House and its grounds.
