DAY 1: BITE, SIP AND STROLL BRISBANE’S CULINARY DELIGHTS

Morning
Welcome to Australia’s river city, Brisbane. Check in to one of the city’s newest luxury properties, The New Incholm Hotel and Suites. 

Afternoon
Enjoy a progressive lunch on foot, where two award-winning restaurants will welcome you on an adventure of the senses. Following lunch, embark on a walking delight tour with Brisbane Greeters to discover the local sights and secrets as you explore the city.

Evening
Brisbane’s temperate climate and star-soaked night skies are the perfect setting for enjoying a cocktail from a rooftop bar. Continue on your progressive stroll where appetizers and entrees will be served at Urbane, with your main and dessert enjoyed at the awarded Esquire Restaurant.

DAY 2: PADDOCK TO PLATE AND ALL THAT’S GREAT

Transfer by car from Brisbane city to the lush rolling hills of Southern Queensland Country.
Spicers Hidden Vale boasts a new concept in dining at Homage, Restaurant. Source local produce such as Red Claw Crayfish for Chef Ash Martin as he exhibits his culinary skills in the kitchen.

Afternoon
Continue your journey to the mountain tops of Queensland’s Scenic Rim to Spicers Peak Lodge - Australia’s highest non-alpine luxury property.

Evening
Enjoy a multi-course degustation at Spicers Peak.

DAY 3: THINK NEW FRIENDS, FOOD, JOY FLIGHT 

Lime Caviar Company, Scenic Rim, Queensland.

Morning
This morning enjoy a short guided walk before breakfast. Your trip to the countryside today will include visits to local producers and sampling of seasonal products.

Afternoon
Be treated to seasonal produce as you enjoy a sumptuous country picnic at Lime Caviar Company. Local food and wine specialists will treat you to a spectacular afternoon. Fly away via helicopter to Spicers Peak Lodge and unwind with a spa treatment featuring local Waterlily products, at Spa Anise. 

Evening
Enjoy your farewell culinary taste sensation dinner at The Peak Restaurant, Spicers Peak Lodge.

 

 

DAY 4: TEMPTING BREAKFAST TASTERS, HOMEWARD BOUND

Enjoy breakfast at Spicers Peak Lodge before transfer to Brisbane Airport for your outbound international flight. Depending on your international connecting flight, we would love to offer you an overnight stay in Brisbane.
