Breathe in the fresh sea air, sample innovative local cuisine, and soak up the relaxed alfresco lifestyle of the Mornington Peninsula, just an hour from Melbourne. Visitors can find natural hot springs, cafés in breezy seaside villages and gourmet delights at boutique wineries in the hinterland.

Day 1: Make wine and dine with local producers

Morning
Depart to Mornington around 11am.

Afternoon
Joined by chef Adam D'Sylva, enjoy lunch at the beautiful Montalto Winery and Olive Grove. Take a walk along the sculpture trail and enjoy a tour of the kitchen garden with their head wine maker.  Following this, stop in at Foxey’s Hang Out where you will make a personalised bottle of your own sparkling wine.

Evening
Enjoy dinner at award-winning restaurant Ten Minutes By Tractor with some of the region's wine makers. Spend the night in the Peninsula’s newest accommodation.

Day 2: Champagne breakfast in an orchard and cheese making

Morning
Take in the Australian sunrise with a champagne in hand from the vantage point of the hilltop private thermal hot spring pool with a 360 degree view of the Peninsula. Meet local producers and farmers at an alfresco breakfast in amongst the trees at Mock Orchard or head to the beach and dive for scallops and mussels to cook up for breakfast.

Afternoon
Try your hand at sausage making at Green Olive Estate before a beautiful late-lunch at award-winning Ten Minutes By Tractor, stopping in at Yabby Lake Winery before heading back to Melbourne along the coastline for the evening’s activities.
