Morning
This morning you will travel to Western Australia’s capital city of Perth and from here transfer by plane to the outback town of Kununurra in the Kimberley - one of the world’s last true wilderness areas.

Afternoon
At just over 700,000 acres in size, El Questro is located in Western Australia’s untamed Kimberley region and extends for approximately 80 kilometres into its heart, most of which has never been explored. It is one of Australia’s last true frontiers. Settle into your accommodation and freshen up before this evening’s meal.

Evening
Fervor food will create this evening’s dinner which they will craft with passion and prepare before your eyes. They bring out the taste and excitement of the region with each dish served, by locally sourcing and foraging for the produce.

DAY 2: EXPLORE THE MIRI MIRI FALLS

Miri Miri Falls in the El Questro Wilderness Park, East Kimberley, Western Australia

Morning
This morning take a helicopter flight to Miri Miri Falls for a private gourmet picnic. Hidden in a truly remote corner of the Wilderness Park, this spectacular scene of spring-fed water cascading over a 50-metre fall from the plateau into a deep pool opens into a dense valley of Livistona Palms and Paperbarks.

Afternoon
This afternoon you will meet the farmers and learn about the agricultural success of this region. These farmers produce mangoes, chickpeas, maize, bananas, melons, pumpkins, chia (the world’s largest producer) and more. You will also visit the Hoochery Distillery, which produces high quality rum from local sugar cane farmed by The Hoochery.

Evening
Enjoy evening drinks and canapes, followed by dinner at The Homestead at El Questro. The three course menu changes nightly, offering a perfectly balanced selection of fare. Exceptional Western Australian lamb and beef or wild Cambridge Gulf Barramundi follow glazed quail or local fresh water scampi. Desserts reveal the chef’s talent for precise techniques that deliver vibrant flavours.
