Day 1: Cable Beach Sunsets

Sunset bar at Cable Beach Club Resort, Broome, Western Australia

Morning
This morning you will travel to Western Australia’s capital city of Perth and from here transfer by plane to the tropical pearling town of Broome in the State’s far north west.

Afternoon
Arriving in Broome in the afternoon, you’ll have time to relax and refresh at your resort accommodation, or take a dip in the aquamarine waters off Cable Beach before enjoying cocktails and delicious local treats while watching one of Broome’s spectacular ocean sunsets.

Evening
Tonight dine under tropical frangipani trees at Rambutan, Cable Beach Club. South east Asian cuisine was first introduced to Broome in the early 1900s by the labourers working on the pearl luggers. Rambutan is aligned to the history and melting pot of Broome cultures.

Afternoon
Matso's Broome Brewery is "the" place to visit while in Broome and is the region’s only microbrewery. This afternoon enjoy lunch with beer tastings overlooking Roebuck Bay. Afterward take a walk through historic Chinatown and pop into one of the pearl showrooms.

Evening
Dine out at Broome’s new bar and restaurant, 18 Degrees, located on the shores of Roebuck Bay.  The menu reflects the eclectic array of cultures in the town, from crispy crocodile to delicious Asian greens and crispy pork belly.
