Evening 
The laneways of Perth city have experienced a cultural awakening, with a growing small bar scene making a big impression on connoisseurs and culture vultures. These cool little nooks offer classy cocktails, specialist drinks and divine dining options. Tonight you will dine and sip on cocktails at one of the city’s rooftop bars.

 

DAY 2: PERTH’S TOP SPOTS

Fremantle fishing boat harbour, Fremantle, Western Australia

Morning
Explore Fremantle, or Freo as the locals call it. This eclectic port city offers an abundance of artisan food, handcrafted beers, great coffee, quirky boutiques and art galleries. Lunch will be at Bread in Common where the aroma of freshly baked bread welcomes you into the restaurant.

Afternoon
Make your way back into the city, taking the coastal route via iconic Cottesloe Beach before arriving at Kings Park and Botanic Garden. Boasting sweeping views of Perth skyline and Swan River, it is one of the largest inner-city parks in the world (at 400 hectares it rivals New York’s Central Park).

Evening
The recently opened State Buildings heritage precinct is one of Perth’s new foodie destinations. Home to COMO The Treasury, regarded as best new ‘city hotel’ in Australia, David Thompson’s Long Chim, Petition Kitchen, late night bar Halford and the rooftop restaurant Wildflower, the precinct is the perfect location for this evening’s roving dinner.

 

DAY 3: ISLAND SEAFOOD ADVENTURE

Crayfish Barbeque, Rottnest Island, Western Australia

Morning 
Today you will visit Perth's idyllic, car free island playground, Rottnest Island, a short ferry ride from Perth. Once on the island, jump on a fishing boat with a local, who will tell you tales of the island and help you catch your own prized Western Rock Lobster.

Afternoon
Rottnest Island has 63 stunning beaches and 20 beautiful bays. On dry land, you'll meet the cutest mini marsupial, found only in Western Australia, the world famous quokka. Spend the afternoon exploring Rottnest Island by bike or swim and snorkel in the azure waters before making your way back to the mainland.

Evening 
This evening explore one of Perth’s urban villages. Tonight’s dinner will be casual and relaxed, meet some of the local chefs and enjoy a local craft beer or wine and fresh local produce al fresco style.

 

DAY 4: CHEESE AND THE BEES

Lancaster Wines, Swan Valley, Western Australia

Morning
Indulge the senses with a trip to the Swan Valley. The vineyards of Western Australia's oldest wine region invite you to sample their fruits and feast on award-winning local produce. Stop in at Yahava Coffee for a tasting and the Cheese Barrel before enjoying lunch overlooking the vineyards at Sandalford Wines.

Afternoon
Visit the House of Honey – here all of the honeys are extracted with care on site and are unblended, unheated and pure. Join the beekeepers in the meadery where you can taste a selection Meads (honey wine). Before heading back to Perth enjoy late afternoon wine tasting at Lancaster Wines

Evening
Make your way to Perth airport to travel home.
