The accredited Port Augusta Visitor Information Centre is a part of the services provided by the Wadlata Outback Centre. The Outback Centre provides comprehensive accurate tourist information about local and regional tours, attractions and accommodation and provides booking facilities for Port Augusta and the Flinders Ranges and Outback of South Australia- all with a smile. Your can also book online through the Wadlata website. As a gateway service, tourist information and brochures are available on the Eyre Peninsula, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and all South Australia regions in general. The Centre has internet, maps and a large range of books, gifts and souvenirs with a local flavour and has an online shop with booking facilities through its website. The Centre houses the Outback Tuckerbox which provides great coffee and home style foods with a real outback, bush flavours. The Flinders Ranges and Outback's Discovery Centre, the Tunnel of Time (Interpretive Centre) will take you on a journey that will make you want to get out there and experience it yourself. You will find out what to do and see. This fantastic tourist attraction and tourist centre has won six State Tourism Awards from seven nominations.

The Wilpena Pound Visitor Centre is always a hub of activity for resort visitors, campers and day-trippers to the region. Situated within the Wilpena Pound National Park the centre provides up to date regional information along with all trail, walking and local flora and fauna details. We are the booking centre for scenic flights and four wheel drive vehicle tours including self-drive and tag-a-long. Many books of interest are available and maps and reprints of items of interest are on hand. This is a resource centre not to be missed.

The Hawker Visitor Information Centre is located within Hawker Motors, which is in the centre Hawker. The accredited Hawker Visitor Information Centre provides information, maps and literature on the Flinders Ranges and Outback as well as basic information for other areas in South Australia. A comprehensive range of souvenirs, books on Australiana and maps are available along with a wide selection of brochures. Light snacks and refreshments, internet access, email, facsimile and photocopying are available. Hawker Visitor Information Centre includes Fred Teague's museum, which contains memorabilia, mineral specimens and bottles. The local Seismograph Station for the Hawker region is situated near the information section and is maintained for the South Australian Government's Department of Primary Industries. The Hawker Visitor Information centre endeavours to ensure that you receive the best possible service at all times.

The Peterborough Tourist Information Outlet is a must to visit, not only for information, Wi-Fi access and souvenirs, but also to step back in time and come aboard the restored first class sleeping carriage of the East West Express, dating back to 1917. The centre is open seven days a week from 9am to 5pm. The centre is run by professional customer service officers.

The Woomera Visitor Information Centre includes a snack bar, ten pin bowling alley, heritage museum and souvenir shop. The centre prides itself on having helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff dedicated to meeting the needs of visitors. Also featured at the centre are services for people with disabilities, coach parking and public toilets. Woomera is an Outback village with a remarkable history. The village was constructed to support the construction teams working on the Woomera Rocket Range The Woomera Heritage and Visitor Information Centre have a comprehensive display of brochures promoting South Australia's unique regions as well as stocking promotional material on Queensland, Northern Territory and Australia generally. The souvenir shop specialises in Len Beadell merchandise and has an extensive range of tee shirts, magnets, spoons, stubby coolers, hats, books, videos and postcards exclusive to Woomera.

The Wirrabara Craft House and Tourist Information Outlet is situated in an historic two storey building occupying most of the lower floor. The building looks out over the Wongabirrie parklands. Situated in the park is a mosaic wall and there are facilities for a barbeque and picnic lunch. Tourist Information Outlet provides a three metre by three metres comprehensive range of South Australian Tourism Commission visitor guides and local attractions and activities. It is staffed by enthusiastic volunteers who have a wealth of local and regional knowledge. It also holds keys for the local caravan park and Youth Hostel Association. The Visitor Information Outlet combines with a fabulous craft show where local artists and crafts people sell an extensive range of high quality craft.

The Port Pirie Regional Tourism and Arts Centre is a must for any visitor wishing to engage in a unique cultural experience, discover information on the secrets of the Port Pirie region and the Southern Flinders Ranges. The multi-award winning and nationally accredited Visitor Information Centre is the outcome of a Port Pirie Regional Council initiative that involved the redevelopment of the former Port Pirie Railway Station. The Southern Flinders Discovery Centre ia a community administered Information Outlet situated in the main street of Gladstone, which is the southern gateway to the Flinders Ranges via the Horrocks Highway. Comprehensive tourism information is available, including the Southern Flinders Regional Guide, Flinders Ranges Guide as well as information from other regional areas of South Australia. Our friendly staff can assist you plan your local tour, be it around town or the surrounding areas. The Centre promotes and retails regional products and offers free tastings of selected olive oil products, dried fruits, capers and Trend Drinks soft drinks. Wander through the Centre, see some of our heritage stories through articles, photos and memorabilia. The Gladstone History Group have established a comprehensive display that also includes the 'Booyoolee Panels'. Visitors can enjoy free internet access at the Southern Flinders Discovery Centre. Provided by the Northern Areas Council, it allows the traveller to keep in touch with family and friends.

The Roxby Downs Visitor Information Centre is centrally located on Richardson Place right in the middle of town within the Dunes Cafe. The Visitor Information Centre can help you with all inquires and questions you may have about the town and surrounding regions. We organise and take bookings for Olympic Dam Mine Tours that are run by BHP Billiton, as well as Arid Recovery Reserve Tours. Local souvenirs and gifts are also available for purchase. Mine Tours are currently operating on Fridays only 8.45am and bookings are essential. Contact the Visitor Information Centre for more information. Arid Recovery Tours operate Monday through to Thursday between April and October. Telephone the Visitor Information Centre for bookings and schedules.
