Various venues across Australia

ICC Cricket World Cup is the flagship event of the international cricket calendar and is one of the world’s largest international sports tournaments. In 2015 it will be jointly hosted by Australia and New Zealand with the tournament kicking off on the 14th February at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and then returning to the city for the final match on the 29th March. Australia will hold 26 of the 49 matches in host cities including Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart and Perth. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to support your team as they compete against the world’s greatest cricketers.

Held every four years, 14 competing teams will be divided in two pools of seven to face each other in a round-robin format to be crowned the ultimate winner of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. This is the second time Australia and New Zealand have jointly hosted this prestigious event, with the two countries combing back in 1992. In 2015 the Cricket World Cup will be the 11th in the tournament’s 40 year history with an expected television audience of more than a billion people.
