Blue Mountains Visitor Information Centre at Echo Point has fully trained and accredited staff, who will assist you plan your activities during your stay in the Blue Mountains region. Everything from local attractions, events and adventure activities to dining options and accommodation - why not take advantage of the free booking service provided during your visit to the centre. Located at the Three Sisters in Katoomba on the edge of the Blue Mountains National Park, the views into the Jamison Valley are spectacular. If you are contemplating a walk into the wilderness you can also borrow one of their personal locator beacons (PLB's). Services available include: a free booking service for accommodation, tours and adventure activities, wireless internet access, iPads, bushwalking guides, maps and books, an extensive retail outlet featuring exclusive Blue Mountains souvenirs, postcards and gifts.

The Blue Mountains Heritage Centre at the end of Govetts Leap provides information on the Blue Mountains National Park and surrounding areas, an interactive educational display, video screenings and an art gallery. There are organised Discovery Walks throughout the year, mainly during school holidays and weekends. Refer to the website to view the program. At the centre you can purchase National Parks walking track guides, maps, books on the Blue Mountains, Aboriginal history, Australian-made souvenirs, clothing and gifts.
