Call into the Murwillumbah Visitor Information Centre where you will meet the friendly staff and volunteers who will be only too happy to give you information and suggestions on interesting or beautiful places to visit in this lovely area. The World Heritage Rainforest and Information Centre is an interpretive centre with displays, a lovely gift shop with lots of local product and free booking service. The centre features very interesting information on local Aboriginal and European history, World Heritage regions, as well as the geological development of the Tweed Valley. Currently in progress is a project by Caldera Art which is a panoramic mural providing a stunning 360 degree view of the Caldera from the top of Wollumbin/Mt Warning. This is housed in what used to be the theatrette.

The Kyogle Visitor Information Centre welcomes visitors to the area and provides accurate and relevant information about experiencing the spectacular beauty of the region. Kyogle is a known gateway to the rainforest area of the World Heritage Border Rangers National Park. The Centre has an exciting range of local products; including aboriginal arts, crafts, merchandise and delicacies available to the public. The Centre is surrounded by parklands with lush gardens together with electric barbecue, toilet and picnic facilities.
