Located on the foreshore in Apollo Bay, The Great Ocean Road Visitor Information Centre offers detailed information on a wide range of Great Ocean Road and Otway's attractions, tours and accommodation options. Additional visitor services include free visitor car parking, free Wi-Fi, public internet access, V/Line bookings, all terrain wheel chair bookings and a gift shop offering a large selection of locally crafted products such as, jewellery, food products, books, Australian made souvenirs, maps, and discounted tickets for Otway Fly and Cape Otway Lightstation.

Come and explore the Otways! Enjoy the spectacular natural scenery, mighty timbers and magnificent waterfalls, the lush green hills that roll down to long stretches of sandy beaches of the Great Ocean Road, the volcanic lakes, craters and wetlands of the Otway Hinterland. There are also a series of unique trails throughout the Otways. These walks and tours incorporate heritage, wildlife, attractions, art galleries, food and wine and scenic views.
