The ahm Wave Warriors Junior Challenge is an exciting new Junior Surf Life Saving Event, inspired by Ironman Champion, Zane Holmes. The event is open to under 10's to under 17's competitors and is now recognised as the best two day junior surf lifesaving event on the calendar. The event is held annually in North Wollongong and is based around participation and fun with the philosophy that all who attend are winners, but those who win are champions!

The Kiama Agricultural Show is an annual event and is in it's 166th year. It is packed with loads of things to see and do; the Kiama Show is a family friendly event. There will be ring events including beef and dairy cattle, wood chopping, show jumping, a farmyard nursery, cooking demonstrations, rides and a fireworks display with lots more. Events include: dairy and beef cattle, horse events, wood chopping, poultry, Angora goats, animal nursery and pet show. Exhibitions will be provided by spinning and weaving groups, pavilion exhibits, the Berry Band, hay bale stacking, rodeo and the dog high jump contest which is open to all breeds. The very popular Beaut Utes competition will be followed by a parade of all utes around the Showground ring.

The Kiama Sevens is a 48 team seven-a-side knock out competition. There will be individual trophies for the players in the winning team. The Kiama Rugby Sevens Cup will be presented to the Champion Club. There will be prizes for the teams reaching the semi-finals and finals. For more details visit the event website. 2013 will host the International Cycling Grand Prix Criterium Series and Gran Fondo invitational ride. Held over two days, the event will include the Elite Criterium cycle race and the VIP Cycle Experience with Orica GreenEdge pro cycling Team. There will be over 40 cyclists racing on the 60 - 100 kilometre course. Set to become the major event in cycling, triathlon and multi-sport for NSW; rolled out over the next two years.

There are a myriad of colourful and exciting events held throughout the Festival over the Easter weekend and beyond, including the Blessing of the Fleet main street parade and day of entertainment on Easter Sunday. The most significant element will be the actual Blessing of the Fleet, on the morning of Easter Sunday. The festivities will conclude with a magnificent fireworks display over Ulladulla Harbour on Easter Sunday. There is also the Harbour Markets on Easter Monday. Eden Whale Festival is an annual celebration of the southern migration of humpback and other whales past Eden on the Sapphire Coast of NSW. Commemorating Eden's whaling and maritime history especially the Killers in Eden story featuring Old Tom the famous leader of the pod who worked alongside humans in the hunt for whales in Twofold Bay. The event is free to community members and features street parade, carnival, events, displays, demonstrations, music, spectacular evening show, stalls, competitions, great food and wine and lots of information about whales.
