Elizabeth & Jennifer Melbourne One Week Walkabout A great way to get familiar with the city is to take a tour of the city. We toured the Central Business District and the downtown shopping district. We got to see the beautiful European style architecture of Melbourne – Spanish / Italian / Greek / English influences. And the many different ethnic districts as well. We stop at Fitzroy Gardens and visited the Conservatory, Cook’s cottage, the Royal Botanical Gardens and the War Memorial. |

Mark & Amerlia Great Ocean Walk A great way to spend part of a Melbourne One Week Walkabout is to take the Great Ocean Walk, from the idyllic resort town of Apollo Bay to Glenample. The walk passes through the beautiful National Parks and overlooks the Marine National Park and Sanctuary. The Great Ocean Walk has been designed so that walkers can 'step on and step off' the trail at a number of places, completing short, day or overnight hikes. |
