Whoever invented the term Italian hospitality must have been to Grappa. A restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere and service fuelled by the energy of owner Charlie Colosi. In a spacious contemporary room lies a long buzzy bar, vast open kitchen and a terracotta wood fired oven providing real Italian thin crust pizza, with scampi and Italian sausages. 10 years of Grappa’s favourites include yellow fin tuna carpaccio, fresh figs wrapped in prosciutto with gorgonzola or a delicately fried baby calamari with semi dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, chilli or the signature dish snapper baked in a rock salt crust. The pasta, bread and gelato are all house made. It’s a dazzling night out in Italy without leaving Sydney. Don’t forget to enjoy your Grappa or limoncello at the end!
