René Redzepi announces Noma Australia to open at Barangaroo Sydney

René Redzepi is the chef and founder of one of the most influential restaurants in the world, Noma. Located in Copenhagen, Denmark, Noma has been awarded two Michelin stars and has been recognised as the S. Pellegrino World’s Best Restaurant four times in the past six years. Redzepi, who first travelled to Australia in 2008, will be visiting the country again with the news that Australia will host the latest international pop-up residency for the acclaimed restaurant. Opening at Barangaroo, Sydney at the end of January 2016 for ten weeks, the highly anticipated Noma Australia will operate five days a week for lunch and dinner, with an original menu featuring all Australian produce.
