Good Food Month, Australia
Now in its second year, Good Food Month grew from the success of the Crave Sydney International Food Festival, which attracted almost a million festivalgoers annually in the month of October. The event was reborn as Good Food Month in 2013, and quickly expanded north to Brisbane and Canberra, and south to Melbourne as new celebrations. In 2014, it added Canberra to its line-up. Linked to The Sydney Morning Herald's Good Food,The Age's Epicure and www.goodfood.com.au, the new national celebration of food brings together the country's best chefs, restaurants, food businesses and producers, as well as a suite of food-themed artistic exhibitions and theatrical events.
