Aussie Encounters
From oceanfront dining to outback adventures, Australia is where unforgettable stories unfold.
Eighteen years ago, Zach and Laura met in Australia where they were inspired by the adventurous spirit of the locals. For the first time, they started living in the moment and trying new things. Now, on their fourth trip back, they discovered the magic of South Australia, a region defined by its locals' deep passion for nature, produce, and wine.
Zoe and Sara found themselves back in Australia, feeling the same way they did 33 years ago. Just like last time, their connection to the land and the locals deepened their connection to each other. But on this trip, they said yes to new adventures, from discovering Melbourne’s laneways to exploring the outback.
They may have come to Australia for the beaches, but they found something far deeper at the dinner table. With a little help from the locals, Zach and Laura discovered a culture that tells stories through food, from ancient recipes to sea-foraged ingredients. What started as a holiday became a lifelong love for Australia and for each other.
At just twenty, Zoe and Sara met while seeking adventure in Sydney. That spontaneous trip set the foundation for their thirty-year friendship. Returning to Australia, they tasted their way through native flavours, got up close to the majestic Uluru, and discovered the importance of making time for each other.
