Take a break

Stop for a break at the Mamukala wetlands. This bird lover’s paradise is just inside of Kakadu National Park, and is where an amazing array of birds from all over the world migrate and congregate.

Respecting traditional culture

Kakadu is a World Heritage-listed site and Australia’s largest national park. Be mindful of the culture and beliefs of the traditional owners of the area, Bininj/Mungguy, as you walk on their land and explore their ancient culture.
